These limits are designed to allow normal employee usage while preventing abuse:
• An employee asking 20 questions/hour is using the tool heavily but legitimately.
• 100 questions/day per employee covers even the most active users.
• 500 questions/day company-wide costs roughly $5 in API fees at current rates.
• Adjust these up if employees are hitting limits legitimately, or down to reduce costs.
